When you book MILA, the entire venue is yours. Guests enjoy private access to the dining room, lounge, outdoor terrace with fireplace, and VIP suite — with no shared spaces, no overlapping events, and no strangers walking through your celebration.

Tables, chairs, house linens, china, glassware, silverware, coat check and WiFi are all included in the venue fee. Bar packages include staffing and liquor liability insurance. What's in your proposal is what you plan around.

Menu changes are allowed after the contract is signed, with your final selections due two months before the event. Guest counts can be adjusted upward as RSVPs come in. MILA is built around the reality that event planning evolves — and the process reflects that.

When you book MILA, the entire venue is yours — no shared halls, no overlapping events. Your guests move freely between the dining room (seats up to 120), the adjoining lounge for cocktail hour and mingling, the outdoor terrace with fire pit for a warm open-air gathering spot, and a private bridal suite for the guest of honor to relax and regroup throughout the event.

All tables, chairs, house linens, china, silverware, and glassware are set up by our team and included in the venue fee. MILA is also equipped with a Sonos sound system for background music, complimentary WiFi for guests and vendors, and a coat check — especially appreciated for New Hampshire's fall and winter events.

Our front-of-house team manages guest service, bar service, and keeps the event space clean throughout. Back-of-house staff handle all food preparation and replenishment. Bar setup — including chilling vessels, ice chests, bar tools, and garnish trays — is fully handled by our team, with packages ranging from a basic bring-your-own-alcohol setup to a full open bar. Setup and breakdown are both included; nothing is left for you to manage at the end of the night.
