Our Corporate Day Package is priced at $150 per person and covers a full day of food service — continental breakfast, AM snack, lunch buffet, afternoon snack, and all-day beverages. It's designed for 8.5-hour events so your team stays energized from start to finish.

Recognize your team in a venue that feels special. Our dining room sets the right tone for formal recognition events, complete with china, glassware, linen napkins, and attentive front-of-house staff.

From cocktail-style receptions to seated dinner service, MILA accommodates up to 120 guests for seated events and up to 200 for cocktail-style gatherings. An optional dinner add-on — including four passed hors d'oeuvres, a buffet dinner, and dessert — is available at $95 per person.

The main event space — seats up to 120 guests for a formal or buffet-style meal. It's well-suited for all-hands meetings, award luncheons, training days, or corporate dinners with a plated service format.

An outdoor option that works beautifully for cocktail receptions, AM coffee breaks, or afternoon networking. It adds breathing room to a full-day conference schedule.

A dedicated breakout room for speakers, executives, or VIP guests. Use it as a prep area, a quiet workspace, or a private meeting room within your event.

Guests are greeted with a proper arrival experience — coat check included — which matters for client-facing events and formal gatherings.

The venue includes a standard podium with built-in speakers and a monitor. The house Sonos sound system handles background music throughout. For additional audio/visual needs — staging, extra screens, or presentation equipment — The White Apron will coordinate with trusted vendor partners on your behalf.

MILA by The White Apron is a fully managed corporate venue — the space, staffing, food, and setup are all handled under one roof. Here’s exactly what’s included when you book your event with us.

Tables, chairs, house linens, china, glassware, and silverware are all included in the venue fee. Our team handles everything before your guests arrive — linen placement, full place settings, ice and water at tables, buffet and bar arrangement — and manages complete breakdown at the end of your event. You walk in ready and leave without lifting a finger.

Our front-of-house team attends to guests, manages food and bar service, clears glassware, and keeps the event space clean throughout the day. Our back-of-house kitchen staff prepares, plates, and replenishes every course from start to finish. All staff arrive in uniform — black button-down, black pants, and a white bistro apron — maintaining a polished, professional presence at every event.

The Corporate Day Package covers a full day of catering: continental breakfast, AM snack, hot lunch buffet, PM snack, and all-day coffee, tea, soft drinks, seltzers, and water. Groups extending into the evening can add an optional dinner program — four passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet dinner, and dessert — at $95 per person.

Bar service options range from a basic setup — where you supply the alcohol and we provide everything else — to a full open bar, beer and wine package, bar-on-consumption, or cash bar. Regardless of the package, The White Apron supplies all mixers, garnishes, ice, juices, soft drinks, and sparkling water.

A standard podium with built-in speaker and 43" monitor is included. The Sonos house sound system handles background music venue-wide. High-speed WiFi is available across the entire space — ready for presentations, video calls, and attendee use with no additional setup needed. For extra AV requirements, our team coordinates directly with trusted vendor partners on your behalf.

A staffed coat check adds a professional touch for client-facing events. While MILA does not provide décor, floral, lighting, or printed menus, we maintain a curated list of preferred vendors and work with local rental companies for any specialty items your event requires.
